Hello,
I’m Mika
My vision is to create a space for individuals seeking balance and harmony in their lives through the healing symbiosis of yoga, sound therapy and breathwork. I’ve been a yoga teacher for six years now and have taught over 1000 classes.
Sound I’ve been working with for half my life. From just having fun with it when I playing in bands, working in music production and studying music, to recognising the transformative power of sound in promoting well-being over the last four years.
Sound Healing sessions utilise sound and vibrations to promote relaxation and emotional release, taking you on a unique sensory experience, creating a space for you to nurture and nourish your body, mind & soul.
In the words of Albert Einstein,
‘Sound is everything. It is all of life, that which is moving or vibrating, from the smallest particle to the entire cosmos’

Sound therapy can offer several benefits, including stress reduction, improved sleep quality, enhanced mood, increased mindfulness, and relief from certain types of pain. It's also known to support meditation and deep relaxation practices.

While scientific research on sound therapy is still evolving, there's evidence to suggest that sound vibrations can affect brainwave patterns, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. However, more studies are needed to fully understand the extent of its benefits.
